The Greenhouse Collective is a nonprofit collaboration of therapists, spiritual companions, body workers, artists and healers dedicated to integrated care and creating an accessible space for mental health, soul care, creative expression, and personal development in Birmingham. We’re building a supportive environment where licensed therapists, social workers and wellness practitioners come together to nurture healing and growth—especially for those who are often left out of traditional systems of care.

Open - We have launched community offerings already from support circles, to individual soul care sessions and soon pop-up programming and pilot workshops while we work toward a permanent home. See our events here. Location - We don't have a physical headquarters yet—but we’re getting close! We’re currently in the process of securing a temporary location near downtown Birmingham that is safe, welcoming, and accessible by public transit.

Once our physical space is open we plan to offer: • Affordable spaces for therapists and wellness practitioners • Free and low-cost workshops on mental health, soul care, leadership, and creativity • A community gathering space for events and support circles • A small retail section with books, plants, and holistic items • Future plans for a coffee bar and art gallery

We have Spiritual Companions in our Collective who are currently seeing individuals for 1-1 sessions. In April 2025 we plan to launch our pilot Support Circles providing safe space to process and be seen without judgement. We plan on quickly adding: Dream Workshops and Dream Work Groups, Book Clubs and more!

We are supported by donations, and community contributions and are exploring grants. The Greenhouse Collective received our nonprofit 501(c)3 status May 16th 2025 making all donations tax deductible. .Our first year is focused on fundraising for development, programming and securing a temporary space.. 100% of donations go toward building a sustainable, community-rooted offerings and space for healing and growth.

We are not affiliated with any specific religion. We honor many spiritual traditions and offer practices that support soul care, mindfulness, and deep listening—open to people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences.

Yes! The Greenhouse Collective received our official 501(c)(3) status May 2025. We are currently raising funds and accepting donations to help us launch programs and establish a temporary space in the coming year.. Please note: donations are tax-deductible. We are taking pledges for future donations. And taking donations for our seed fund and startup costs.
